Expressly designed for krapfen/doughnuts production, the off - automatic fryer can be also applied for any other kind of products requiring a floating frying. The indirect heating system by thermal oil flow, with its low heat exchanger temperature (max 280°C) offers the advantage of high thermal stability, perfect keeping of temperature set point, low frying oil consumption. Easy access to the tank for cleaning, by hoisting device lifting up both conveying system and heat exchanger. Syncrhonized with step to step progress automatic fryer at its infeed, and filling injection to its outlet.
